Wonderful experience. Cleanliness was top notch. Breakfast had all sorts of varieties. Ala carte menu were bit expensive, but Grab delivery available. Excellent beach line to stroll around. Overall a satisfying vacation

The room was clean however it had no air conditioning which I thought was standard requirement in every hotel.

After last minute flight changes, and a few failed attempts to reschedule my connecting flight, Amy was able to get through to the airline and confirm my change to a later flight as my transfer time with the original flight was too short. Can't thank her enough for sorting out a stressful situation the night before I was due to board.

I booked a flight from India to Melbourne, Booking Reference: 16860341165 December 2021, unfortunately because of boarders closures, I had to request for refund. They charged me the cancellation fee, I was okay with that too, but It's been 6 months still waiting on refund. Very dissatisfied with their service.

Bed sheet smell of human before us. Pillow case also smell of men hair cream. Stain in bed sheet. Nasi lemak, no taste of santan. Roti canai very hard and very chewy. Only good thing is the aircond and teh tarik. Gym ok not bad. Pool good
